Customer Service Manager - Travis Co. WCID No. 17
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will report directly to the WCID No.17 General Manager. This is a supervisory position - two or more staff will report to this position. The CSM will be responsible for managing all Customer Service personnel; ensuring a fair distribution of tasks among the staff, evaluating the staff's performance on a semi-annual basis, discussing the performance with the staff, recommending improvements to be made, and recommending wage/salary changes or other employment matters to General Manager. The CSM, with the assistance of the General Manager in certain cases, will prioritize the staff tasks.
